We know wedding planning can feel overwhelming, so we like to simplify things by sharing a general cost per guest guideline.

Your overall investment will depend on the scale and fullness of your floral design.

Light & elegant (bud vases + modest ceremony): from $55-65 per guest

Elevated designs (fuller centerpieces + enhanced ceremony): $75–$85 per guest

Lush, full installations (statement florals + candle rentals): $85–$125+ per guest

Do you have a minimum spend?

A full on-site service wedding begins at $5,500. A-la-carte options and our wedding packages are available for a pick-up and have a $2500-3500 minimum spend.

What areas do you service?

We are based in Kitchener, ON and most of our events are in KW, Guelph and Elora Region. We also serving couples across Southwestern Ontario - including Hamilton, Burlington, and Oakville

Are consultations free?

Yes! Most of our consultations are done virtually.

How can I make sure I receive the most accurate quote?

Create a mood board on Pinterest and gather images that inspire you, whether they showcase bouquets, floral arrangements, color schemes, or design concepts. This will help us align our visions and make your dream wedding a reality. Additionally, share detailed information about your wedding venue, setup, guest count, and bridal party count. Even if you're uncertain, let's explore the big picture together initially, and then we can refine the details once all the puzzle pieces come together.

Once I submit my inquiry form, how long does it take to receive a quote?

We will reach out to your immediately and schedule a meeting. After we hear about your flower dreams our quotes can take up to 7 days to complete.

How far in advance should I inquire about your services for my wedding?

We usually secure bookings for weddings 6 months before the wedding date. If you're considering our services on a shorter notice, please don't hesitate to reach out! We'll make every effort to accommodate your needs.

How do we secure our wedding date?

A non-refundable retainer of a $1500 is required to reserve and secure your wedding date with us.

How do we determine our budget for florals and decor?

We recommend first setting an overall budget for your event and determining which elements are most important to you. From there we will work together to decide on a budget that gives you all of those elements.

Can I make adjustments once I sign my contract?

Once the contract is signed, you can make adjustments providing the quote does not decrease more than 10%. In addition, all potential adjustments must be made and finalized 6 weeks prior to your wedding date.
